You are the problem-solvers. You anticipate hazards, identify risks, and implement solutions with ingenuity and resourcefulness. You don't just follow the rules – you understand, make, and are the "why" behind them. I have learned more about the world from you than I could hope to articulate.

You understand that safety is a collaborative effort, and your communication and cooperation are the only reasons it works.
